Why Founding Guests?
Three cabins on the water are in design now, with the first opening Spring 2027 on our Tennessee property — each one planned with care and intention.
Founding guests will be the first to arrive in spring 2027 — and as a thank-you for believing early, you'll receive a special founding-guest rate and first pick of dates and cabins.
This isn't a reservation. It's an invitation to be part of something being built from the ground up, one board at a time.

Step inside Hearthglow and feel the day fall away. Warm light, cozy corners, and the water right outside your door — this is where evenings gather close and mornings arrive gently.
A small retreat with a big heart, made for slowing down.

Willow Light
Soft as the branches that give it its name, Willow Light rests gently beside the water. Morning sun spills across the pond and right through your door.
It's a place to breathe deep, wander the trail, and remember what stillness feels like.

Stillwater
True to its name, Stillwater is peace made into a place. The water lies calm just steps from your porch, mirroring the sky from dawn to dusk.
Come to rest, to reconnect, and to let the quiet do its gentle work.
